We just got back from Italy yesterday. The wedding was so fun; it went so fast. Most everyone commented on the food; said it was 1 of the best they’ve ever had. We have held two large events at the Museum of Glass in Tacoma for which Ravishing Radish was our caterer. On both occasions the entire experience from start to finish was enjoyable. I used the words “start to finish” intentionally. I often find when working with outside catering firms the upfront process of selecting a menu, choosing linens tables and chairs, and negotiating prices to be more of a chore than a pleasure — not the case with Lisbet. Their creative strategy to both food and décor — make this part of the process fun! And talk about a fantastic finish — in the blink of an eye, when your event is over and you are ready to call it a night, with what seems to be little or no effort (now, we know that isn’t true) the professional staff of Ravishing Radish has returned the venue to its original condition — or maybe even better. Professional, creative, accommodating, detailed, and fun are the words we would use to describe the Ravishing Radish team. I am so pleased with how the Groom’s dinner went. The food was fantastic. Every single item, from the lemonade to the strawberry shortcake surpassed my expectations, which were high. Please let me tell you how wonderful everything was. The setting was beautiful and romantic, and the food was beyond delicious. Even the nonadventurous eaters loved the pineapple basil sorbet. The servers were fantastic; Nick in particular was so helpful, sharing his jazzy music with us. And flowers too! So sweet of you to let us use them. Matt and Rina really loved the evening. The big room was very useful, as we had the wedding rehearsal right there. Everyone had a great time. Your suggestions were exactly right, and your help was greatly appreciated. Despite my doubts on Thursday, the event eventually sold out, multiple times as we kept trying to push capacity. We raised over $3,000 and brought in much-needed awareness for the Library from the young professional demographic. We look forward to working with you again next year.
